M and I did have a date night Friday night, but after a long week, a full day of driving for M, and as he is still recovering from being REALLY sick, we just went out to dinner and came home. I was a little disappointed, but then once we got home and I settled down with a book and a nice glass of cabernet, I was fine with it. The kids were still up when we got home. The tv was quickly changed to Animal Planet or something like that, and the energy quickly left the room. They all fell asleep, including the dogs. Another exciting Friday night in the S Herd household!
